Jude Law (Cold Mountain) y Saoirse Ronan (The Lovely Bones) figuran en el reparto de The Grand Budapest Hotel, según desveló su director Wes Anderson, en una entrevista a The Hollywood Reporter. Anderson (Moonrise Kingdom) cuenta también para su último proyecto con nombres de la talla de Ralph Fiennes (The English Patient), Tilda Swinton (Michael Clayton), Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic Park), Willem Dafoe (Spiderman), Adrien Brody (The Pianist), Edward Norton (American History X), Harvey Keitel (Pulp Fiction), entre otros.
